A: Yes, We are the original manufacturer of mini-computers with more than 10 years of rich experience and are located in Shenzhen, China!
Question 2:Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes we can. Please offer me your details requirements, We will analyze the requirements and come up with a solution, The process of customization is following:
1) Provide your specific requirement.
2) Our design engineers will be responsible for drawing the draft design.
3) You confirm the design draft.
4) We start producing it.

Question 3:Can I put our logo(Brand) on your product?
A: Yes, Sure, We could laser your logo on the case of a mini PC, and print your logo on the packing box.
Question 4: How about the warranty terms of your products?
A: 3 Years warranty for non-artificial damage
Question 5: What payment method do you accept?
A: T/T, Western Union, Alibaba online trade order.
Question 6: How long will you ship out the goods after getting payment?
A: Usually Sample orders are within 1~3 business days. Quantity order within 3~10 business days ( depends on order qty).
Question 7: Which brand of Ram, SSD, and HDD did you provide?
A: For Ram, SSD, HDD, we use famous brands like Samsung, ADATA, Micron, SanDisk, Toshiba, Hynix, Crucial, Liteon, Kingfast, Phison etc, what brand we use depends on our test and our stock.
Question 8: What OS did your Mini PC support?
A: JIERUICC Mini PC Support Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11, Linux Ubuntu, pfSense, etc. Industrial PC GT2000 Celeron 1037U Support XP OS.
Question 9: What kind of Mini PC did you produce?
A: JIERUICC Focus on production and R&D Fanless mini PC, FAN mini PC.Gaming PC, NUC, Industrial PCs. All-in-one PC, Firewall Appliance, Embedded PC, Industrial Panel PC, etc...
Question 10: What kind of Shipping methods did you provide?
A: Usually for small orders, we ship out the goods by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or EMS express shipping method.
For quantity orders, we ship out the goods by Air & Sea transportation according to your request.
If you have a shipping agent in CHINA, you can ask your forwarder to pick up the goods from our factory or we send the goods to your forwarder.

Question 11: How does your factory do quality inspections?
A: All Coming Raw materials (PCBA/RAM/SSD/HDD/CASE/POWER ADAPTER etc...) are passed strictly QC then will use for an assembly line. We will be aging the motherboard for at least 12 hours before assembly.
After assembling the goods. The finished Mini PC will be aging at least 8 hours before packing and shipping.

A: JIERUICC Industrial Computer GT1200 GT4000 GT6000 GT8000 GT2000 GT3000 Only support RS232
GT1000 GT5000 GT7000 GT4500 GT9000 GT1300 GT1400 COM1 and COM2 support setup as RS422 RS485 on bios

CPU Above 8th and GT6000 Model all use Jumper to setup the Auto Power On Function on BIOS
